1. License
Our website can grant you two possible types of license to use our web templates (and other products sold through our website) as follows:
1.1 Single Domain License
You may purchase a Single Domain License in case of purchasing a website template/skin at a standard (Non-Unique) price. This license enables you to use each individual product purchased on a single domain only, belonging to either you or your client. You are required to purchase the same template again if you wish to use the same design in connection with another domain name;
1.2 Copyright Removal License
You may purchase a Copyright Removal License for use with a Single Domain License. This license permits the removal of all ShopDev's copyright notices held within the website template/skin. You are required to purchase the Copyright Removal License again if you wish to edit or remove ShopDev's copyright notices from another domain name.
2. Modifications
You are permitted to make necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes
3. Distribution
You are not permitted to redistribute or resell any of ShopDev's products without prior written consent from our company.
4. Assignability
You are not permitted to sub-license, assign, or transfer any of our products to any entity without prior written consent from our company.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or the quality of our service, you should provide notice within 14 days from the time of purchase by email. If your notice is received within 14 days from the time of purchase, we will issue a full refund. Since ShopDev is offering non-tangible, irrevocable goods we reserve the right to decline the issue of refunds after 14 days from the time of purchase, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product at our site.
6. Ownership
You may not claim intellectual property right or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of ShopDev. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall ShopDev be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential, or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
7. Imagery, Graphics, Cliparts and Fonts
The use of any imagery, graphics, cliparts, fonts and digital art (modified or not modified) in connection with third party products is strictly prohibited. All of our products are copyright ShopDev and protected under United Kingdom and International Law. All rights reserved.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
By accessing this website, you agree that all matters relating to your access to and use of this website and/or its products shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to the conflict of laws principles thereof.
9. Information Discolsure
You may not disclose any order information including, but not limited to, Order ID, download link, etc.
10. Privacy Policy
We will not disclose any personal information obtained from our website, email transmissions, or passed to us from payment providers to any third parties.
